The following information is provided to make the buying experience as simple as possible. 


We also advise you read through the section below for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) that lists the main follow up customer service questions concerning ordering and delivery.




The Taroona FC online Shop is supported by Football Shirts Online Pty Ltd (FSOL). FSOL is an officially appointed stockist of all brands offered on this website.

All credit card orders are processed via this website using a PayPal Shopping Cart.


Your payment will show as being made to Football Shirts Online Pty Ltd on your statement.


We do not accept credit card orders by phone for safety reasons.


If you wish to pay by Direct Debit, please email us with your order requirements including size and any personalisation required, delivery name and address and contact phone number and we will email you an invoice with our bank details by return. Your order does not commence until we have received cleared funds in our bank account.


All prices shown include GST.





The PayPal receipt you receive after making an online payment is the only confirmation of your order with us you will receive.


FSOL will receive the same PayPal payment confirmation email that you do. The PayPal confirmation contains all the order information we need to know.  In most case you will not receive another email from us until time of posting. If we have any questions in regards your order, or questions in regards to any notes you attach to the payment, we will follow up with you directly.





All players must check with their Team Manager to confirm their squad/ shirt number before ordering (if required).


Please enter your confirmed squad number at the time of ordering in the box provided on the shirt ordering pages. If you do not enter a squad number, your shirt will be sent without a number.


All Taroona FC branded teamwear is indivdually printed and supplied to order based on your size selection.


There are no returns, refunds or exchanges once any Nike item or item of TFC branded teamwear has been printed or embroidered in club markings. See also FAQ Point 4 below.


Please use the size guide below and a tape measure to select your garment size correctly:


All shirts, shorts, jackets chest sizes are shown in cm.


Run your cursor over the size button and the size in cm (or sock ize) will pop up in a small window.


Chest / bust size is measured in cm right around the body, taken under the armpits, with normal chest extension.


Kids/ Youth shirts range from X-Small Kids (approx. 5/6 years) up to X-Large Youth (approx. 13/14 years)


Larger youth players (14/15 years and above) are best suited to adult sizes


Most adult shirts and jackets range from Small up to XX-Large.


Nike also provide womens cut playing cut shirts and shorts. The womens shirt is a more fitted cut. The womens Park II shorts are shorter in the leg than the Unisex Park II shorts.

Sock sizes all use the UK foot size scale.


There is only one Nike sock size range and all socks irrespective of size are labelled as UNISEX ADULT


The actual sock sizes run

X-Small  - size UK 12-2 (for little kids  approx 5/6 years)

Small size UK 2-5 (for kids 7+ to young teens)

Medium size UK 5-8-(for teens, youth, small adult)

Large size UK 8-11 (for adults)

X-Large size UK 11-14 (for large adults)


Gloves/ handsizes are measured in inches (not years) - hand measuring instructions are shown on the listing


Nike Teamwear sizes are consistent each season - as a general reference please use the Nike shirt, shorts and socks worn last season as an indication of size


If in doubt, ASK!  FSOL is happy to advise if you are struggling with sizing.





All orders will be posted. There are no pick up or collection facilities available.


You will be sent an email by Aus Post when we post that contains your AP tracking number (see more information below)


As a general rule you need to allow up to 10 business days after date of purchase for your shirt or shorts to be printed and posted.


Orders containing non printed items only (ie socks, balls, guards etc) will be posted in around 3-5 business days.


Orders with combined products (ie shirts, shorts and socks, will be sent as one delivery when shirt and short printing has been completed)


Orders for items requiring embroidery will be batched with other orders to allow the club to embroider in bulk. These orders can take up to 21 business days to batch and process.


We may choose to send on kit and back order items requiring embroidery.


Orders for Taroona FC club T-shirts and Hoodies will also so be grouped for bulk printing.


FSOL uses standard Australia Post Tracked Post Service for delivery. Orders over $130.00 in value will be sent as Registered Insured Post


Some larger items or bulk items have a small surcharge as they normally require larger boxes and or will be sent as registered items (Aus Post charge $2.95) or Aus Post parcel insurance (being $1.50 up to $100 value, $2 for $200 etc).


We will ensure that any excess postage charged but not used will be refunded back to you via Paypal


At the time that we post, you will be sent an Australia Post tracking number from the Australia Post system. If you see this email, it is your tracking number, not spam email.

1) Where is my Order Confirmation?


The Taroona FC Online Store uses a PayPal shopping cart. Your payment receipt IS your order confirmation and we receive the same emailed copy of the transaction you do. We do not send any further order confirmation



2) I did not get an email from PayPal after payment


Normally this happens if you have entered your email address incorrectly when paying.  We will still get our copy of your order, so nothing is lost.


You will normally see an immediate email from Paypal. If this has not occurred within 1 hour of ordering, please email us at accounts@footballshirtsonline.com.au and we will send you a copy if the order has been processed


You can also check your bank or credit card account online to see if a transaction has been processed for the amount paid.


The order entry will reference Football Shirts Online Pty Ltd on your statement.



3) How do I track my order?


Your Paypal receipt is confirmation that your order has been received.


When we post your order to you, you will receive an Australia Post email with a tracking number that you can use to track on the Australia Post website.



4) Can I return a personalised product I have ordered?


Personalised product (TFC Shirts, shorts, polos, jackets, etc) cannot be returned once personalised. Once a product has been printed or embroidered with the TFC print we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the personalisation is incorrect as a result of our error or the actual product itself is faulty.


You cannot return a personalised product for wrong size selection, or where the wrong player number or name is provided at time of purchase.


5) What do I do if product is faulty or I wish to exchange?


You may return your product, if it is faulty within 14 days of receipt, for a replacement. We will refund and cover all postage on faulty products.


For returns for reasons other than faulty product (such and change of mind or wrong size selection), and not including printed or embroidered product, we will exchange your item or refund your initial payment, less the cost of the original postage. 


Except for faulty product, the buyer pays all postage for returns and exchanges. (both directions)



6) What’s the process for returning or exchanging?


Other than faulty product, only non personalised items that are returned with original packaging intact, product unworn and with all product tags still attached to the garment, will be accepted back. 


Removal of any product tags will be regarded as acceptance of an item. We are unable to resell any item without the original Brand product tags.


FSOL retains the final determination on whether an item will be accepted back for refund or exchange. If we do not accept an item back, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage


To return and item;


1. Pack the item in a suitable envelope or bag.

2. Make sure that all product packing is included and that the product tags are still attached to the item.

3. Enclose a copy of your order noting your reason for return and your requirements (exchange, refund etc).

3. Include a Pre paid and self addressed Aust Post address post bag for us to return the exchange back to you. This will make the exchange quicker, otherwise we will invoice you through PayPal for return postage payment.

Football Shirts Online Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you use a traceable delivery service when returning items, as we do not accept responsibility for any item until it is received by us.


Exchange of items will take 3-5 business days to fulfil from the point we receive back the original item.
